My first entry

Good evening - my apologies for such a late start this semester, as I was finally allowed to register for the class this week. My name is Jeff Burke and this is the last ETEC course I will need before taking my education classes and testing out of the program or writing my masters' thesis. I expect to have this masters' program completed by next June. I was also recently hired full-time to work as an administrator for a STEM grant at Citrus College. The work will allow me the opportunity to use math instructional technology programs with students and provide the ideal setting for me to conduct much research at the community college level. Additionally, I will also be writing power point lessons for The Alliance for Education and working for Chaffey College. I am excited about the opportunity to work at the college level and to assist students who want to pursue careers in the technical fields.
